"Sizzle Calories"

Whether you want to admit it or not we all have 18 minutes to spare.  You can clean out your fridge, hurry and make the beds or play wii with the kids. I choose to save it for a sanity saving workout.  I tried it for the first time last week and loved it.  By the end of the 18 minute I had worked up quite a sweat!  (Maybe due to the fact Im out of shape)  So here it is…. Jillian’s “Sizzle Calories”

*Rate your intensity level on a scale from 1 to 10: 1 is climbing out of bed and 10 is climbing Mount Everest. So the next time you are getting out of the shower in front of your hubby  maybe you’ll be less inclined to wrap that towel around your tush:)
