Comp’ny Coanbread

One thing I have a problem with is talking in accents, and for some reason I always revert to the South. Probably because my daddy is a Southern boy. So, if you can’t understand the Southern drawl, my title is Company Cornbread. I never make cornbread. ( I never make bread, period.) But, this recipe is super easy, yummy and very moist. Here goes:
Your Ingredients-
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Melt butter in the dish you plan to use.
In a mixing bowl, lightly beat eggs. Add cornbread mix, can of creamed corn and the rest of the butter.

Fold in sour cream.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
Company Cornbread
1 box of Jiffy Cornbread Mix
1 can cream-style corn
3 eggs lightly beaten
1/2 stick butter melted
1/2 cup sour cream
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.  While preheating, melt
butter in a pan.  Use melted butter to grease pan.  In a mixing bowl,
lightly beat eggs.  Add cornbread mix, can of corn, and butter.  Fold in
sour cream.  Bake 25 to 30 minutes, until golden brown.
