Calories can be cruel. Sweat through a 30 min workout and you can melt 200. Eat a few bites of that cookie dough ice cream in the freezer and you’re right back where you started. Here are 25 effortless ways to cut 100 calories and in no time that muffin top will be gone!
1. Swap O.J. for the real deal- one fresh orange.
2. Split your bagel with your co-worker or 5 year old.
3. Order pancakes, but hold the butter.

Happy Eating!

Those are some good ideas! Thanks!
I would happily choose mustard over mayo any day! Luckily, some of these are easy! I also always eat my burgers with only one bun. People look at me weird, but sometimes there is just too much bun!…and it happens to be better for me, yay.
Good work, dude.
Great tips!
wow I do everything wrong, but like my ice cream in a bowl. Thanks for the guilt trip, no those are good tips, really.
nice . . . glad I already do some of these things, now it is a matter of doing them all so I can get the satisfaction of a 100 cal take down.
I actually love nonfat greek yogurt! Tastes great with fresh blueberries. I think I could follow all the things on your list except for #9. I am too addicted to those crispy delights. 24 out of 25 is not bad though. right?!
