First of all I would like to say that Im a no frill kind of girl, but I am a makeup and beauty product junkie. I have 3 bathroom drawers full of the stuff. I really need to clean them out, but I just can’t let go.
Here are my top picks!
1. Im always looking for a pick- me up for my dull winter skin. I found this Tarte’s A Perfect Whirled Natural Cheek Stain. $28 at tartecosmetics A bit pricey but you can use it on your cheeks, lips and eyelids. No more pasty pallor!
2. The paint and peel nail polishes from sulabeauty are odor free and have really cute colors! They are water-based so you can peel them off and change your color in minutes! No need for stinky and harsh removers!
3. I LOVE this one. It is Mario Badescu’s pimple drying lotion. Just a dab on those unsightly little buggers and by morning it is dried out. It has calamine lotion and salicylic acid to soothe and dry.
4. Every girl needs a good moisturizer and these two are the BEST! The first one is Arbonne’s FC5 night cream. It is ultra-hydrating and non-greasy, which I love because I have oily skin. $42.
5. The second is pricey but like “She One” told me, some things you have to spend more on. You don’t want to look like you are eighty when you are forty! It is also Arbonne (can you tell I’m a fan?), REcover night cream. Its thick, firms, has anti-aging elements, and is for all skin types. $79.
