Chicken Alfredo

It’s not reasonable to go to Olive Garden every day, so every woman needs a fab and easy alfredo recipe! Try this one out!

You need a couple BS (that’s right…bull shiz) chicken breasts (boiled or baked & shredded…or use a Rotisserie chicken), butter, 2 garlic cloves, 2 cups heavy cream, white pepper, grated parmesan, grated mozzarella, and a box of angel hair pasta.

Get the chicken boiling and shred it when cooked. Also, start the water boiling for the noodles. Melt the butter in a saucepan over med/low heat.

Add the garlic, cream, white pepper and bring to a simmer. Stir often.

Add the parmesan and simmer until sauce has thickened. Add the mozzarella and stir until melted.

Add the shredded chicken. Stir. Parenting tip: I’ve noticed kids help out more if you make them wear military uniforms and bark orders at them while spitting in their face and blowing your whistle. It’s worked wonders for me. See above.
All we need now are my pasty white legs on the table! Serve with something more colorful than what I have…like salad and fruit. Had I cared very much about impressing you all, I would have thrown in some color. But, I’m tired…and my kids don’t care.

If you want to step it up just a notch, try adding a dash of nutmeg to the sauce. DELISH!
