~ Peanut Butter & Jelly Flowers ~

I’ll be on Good Things Utah this morning, (ABC4 @ 10:00) demonstrating Roberta’s idea of Glitter Toes.

For my little Audrey’s last birthday, she received a Princess Tiana Cookbook and an apron.  Ever since, her and her little sis, Isabelle, have been begging me to help make jambalaya, beignets, dumplings, and cornbread.  I’m finally getting around to helping them make all these southern yummies, but it’s been a busy week…and luckily, Princess Tiana also had Peanut Butter and Jelly Flowers in her cookbook.  I can make time for that.

As you can see, all you need is basic PB & J stuff, a flower cookie cutter, and something small and round that can be used to cut the center out.  I think I used the lid off the Worcestershire sauce.
Cut, cut, cut.
Spread, spread, spread.
Put ‘em together and eat!
Wow, Princess Tiana is such a good cook.

Speaking of girly stuff…let me introduce you to the newest sponsor of “Or so she says….”, Mommas A Princess Too.
Their slogan is “vintage inspired with mommas in mind.”  It fits perfectly!  Check out how adorable these satin roses are!  Oooh, and I also love the greeting cards…
Cute, right?  Well, there’s more where that came from.  Stop by their shop and see for yourself :)
