I hope everyone had a fun and special Easter!
Now that it’s over, I’m sure I’m not the only one with an abundance of candy and hard-boiled eggs. Since you already know what to do with the candy, I figured I would share an easy recipe that will help you use up your eggs 
We take our egg hunt very seriously.

Okay, food. Egg salad is such an easy way to use up eggs. My favorite thing to do is to load it on a crescent with bacon and lettuce. Yum! It’s an easy recipe, here you are…
Egg Salad
8 hard boiled eggs
2 tsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. dijon mustard
8 TBS mayo
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions: Chop up your eggs and dump them in a bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Load onto a crescent with lettuce and strips of bacon. (I like to add a little extra salt on top of the egg salad, after I put it on the crescent )
