Orange Julius
Ingredients
  • 2 cups orange juice, frozen into cubes in an ice tray
  • 1 ½ - 2 scoops (1.5 - 2 ounces) vanilla whey protein powder
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey (or other sweetener), to taste
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • Zest of half an orange (optional)
Instructions
  1. Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth. Serve immediately. Makes about 4, 8-ounce servings.
