Crock Pot Pork Chops
 
Ingredients
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tsp. mustard powder
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 tsp. pepper
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 8 center-cut pork chops
  • 2 cans Chicken with Rice soup
Instructions
  1. Combine dry ingredients in a dish.
  2. Dip the pork chops in the mixture, to coat all sides.
  3. Fry the pork chops in hot oil, just until each side starts to golden.
  4. Place in a crock pot and pour the soup in between each layer of meat.
  5. Cook on low for 9 to 12 hours.
