Hi there! It’s Sierra here from the Blue Robin Cottage! Most of you know by now that I love blogging, crafting and sewing but what you may not know about me is that when I’m not doing those things, I am all about Preschool! I teach children ages 3-5 (such a fun age group right?!) with a focus on music and movement. I’m a also a huuuuuuuuge fan of Halloween! So today’s post is all about fun, easy and educational Halloween activities for kids, plus books and songs for your little ones.
Hi it’s Sierra here from The Blue Robin Cottage! I am so excited to share a fun, girly craft with you today! Fall fabric hair bows are the perfect way to top off any outfit.
But first, tell me if you can identify with this scenario:
You’re getting your little lady ready for school: she’s all dressed, teeth are brushed and you’ve just finished doing a Pinterest perfect hairstyle (I’m still trying to work on this part), and now all you need is a hair bow to match.
Well… it’s officially back to school season and while you are probably crying over the prices of school supplies and clothes, here is a cheery little treat idea for you and…get ready for it…a FREE printable to go with it!!
So today, I’m sharing this simple, fun, back to school treat that you will most definitely have time for (it took me like 10 minutes…for real!).
I don’t know about your kids, but mine absolutely love milk! They ask for it all the time throughout the day and I don’t mind one bit. So for our treat this week, of course, we had to incorporate milk into it some how. Bingo! Milkshakes!
We took all of our favorite ingredients and created this chocolatey hazelnut pretzel milkshake with a little hint of peanut butter, that I know your kids will love and will leave everyone savoring summer for a little while longer.
Hold the phone guys because… PEACHES ARE FINALLY IN SEASON!!! So you better believe I’m sharing a delicious peach dessert with you all today. I love that this recipe is simple and absolutely delicious! Perfect for hot summer days, because its a chilled dessert and perfect for little helping hands.
So let’s get started! Because I know after all those peach pictures, you are totally salivating right now… 😉
I don’t know about you guys but at our house during summer break, we love getting our craft on!
To kick off our summer crafting fun, we decided to make some whimsical little animal necklaces. Its a simple, kid-friendly project that you can help them make in under an hour! They also make great gifts!
