8ouncesmushrooms(finely chopped if you want to hide them from your kids!)
1/4cupall purpose flour
2 1/2cupsbeef broth
1/2teaspoonsalt
1/2teaspoonpepper
3-4tablespoonssour cream
16ouncesegg noodlescooked according to package directions
Instructions
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown ground beef with diced onion. When meat is almost fully cooked, add mushrooms and continue to cook until meat is fully cooked. Add garlic and cook for 1 more minute.
Sprinkle flour over mixture and continue to cook for another minute. Add beef broth and cook until thickened. Stir in salt, pepper, and sour cream. Serve over hot egg noodles or rice.
