Triple Berry Blender Ice Cream

Servings 4 -6 servings


  • 1 cup half & half
  • 1/4 milk + more as needed for blending
  • 2 -3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 12 oz frozen triple berry blend


  1. Combine ingredients in blender and blend until smooth and pourable. Add more milk as needed. Serve immediately for a soft-serve consistency ice cream. For firmer ice cream, freeze in a shallow container for about 3 hours before serving.
