Blueberry Bread Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 10 oz loaf of day-old French bread crumbled
  • 4 cups milk
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 8 TBS. butter melted
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 cup or small plastic container of fresh blueberries
  • 1 bar of cream cheese chopped up into small chunks
  • Smucker's Blueberry Syrup

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Pour into buttered 9x13 dish.
  3. Place in 350 degree oven.
  4. Bake for 1 hour and 25 minutes or until top is golden brown.
  5. Serve warm with blueberry syrup.
