Kale Chips ~ Healthy Snack That Kids Love!

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch kale
  • olive oil approx 1 TBS.
  • sea salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Tear kale into chip sized pieces (unless you're using baby kale, keep as-is)
  3. Spread kale on a rimmed cookie sheet
  4. Drizzle olive oil on top of kale
  5. Sprinkle with sea salt
  6. Toss with your hands to coat the kale with oil and salt
  7. Spread across the pan evenly
  8. Bake about 10 minutes, or until kale is crisp
