Slow Cooker Pork Roast and Veggies

Ingredients

  • 1 pork roast
  • 1 onion cut into large pieces
  • Cut veggies your choice: potatoes, carrots, mushrooms, etc.
  • Herbs/Spices?? Your choice optional
  • 1 10.5 oz. can Cream of Mushroom soup

Instructions

  1. Add meat and veggies to crock pot.
  2. Pour soup can over top.
  3. Cook on low for about 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
  4. If your veggies are cut thin, add them to the pot half way through the cooking time. If they're chunky, they're fine.
