Parmesan Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 7-8 large potatoes yukon gold or russet
  • 1/2 C finely grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 C flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 C butter melted

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Put cheese, flour, salt and pepper into a plastic sealable bag.
  3. Cut potatoes into bite size chunks.
  4. Add to flour mixture and shake to coat.
  5. Put melted butter onto baking pan.
  6. Place potatoes in a single layer into butter
  7. Bake in oven until browned and crisp about 1 hour.
  8. Turn several times to make sure all sides brown evenly.
