Fresh Peach Homemade Ice Cream (she: Jana)

Ingredients

  • 3 large ripe peaches
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla

Instructions

  1. Cut peaches in half and remove the peeling.
  2. Place in blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into medium sized mixing bowl and add milk, whipping cream, sugar and vanilla.
  4. Stir until sugar is dissolved, about 3-5 minutes.
  5. Freeze in ice cream maker following manufactures directions (mine took about 30 minutes).
