Ready Crock Pot Chocolate Chip French Toast


  • 1 1lb loaf French bread, cut into cubes
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup semi sweet chocolate chips


  1. Lightly coat the bottom and side of the crock pot insert with cooking spray. Place the cubes of bread evenly into the bottom of the pot.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon. Whisk until well combined. Pour the egg mixture over the cubed bread and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  3. Sprinkle the chocolate chips evenly over the top. Cook on low for 4 hours.
