Corn Salad
A quick and easy salad made with frozen corn!

frozen corn

small red onion
diced (about 1 cup)

red pepper
diced (about 1 cup)

Tablespoons
fresh parsley
minced

cup
Ranch dressing.

Put frozen corn in a mixing bowl. Let sit at room temperature for a few minutes so corn begins to thaw.

Add onion, red pepper, and parsley.

Add Ranch dressing. Mix.

Serve right away or cover and refrigerate for later.
