Start by smashing the whole package of Oreos in a Ziplock bag until you have small chunks of cookie.

Dump your crushed Oreos in a bowl and add the cream cheese.

Mix in the cream cheese until everything is completely mixed and combined into one cohesive batter. Take your mixture and make about 25 balls, about 1 Tablespoon in size. Lay them out on your wax-paper-covered baking sheet.

Take your bonbons and gently roll them in a bowl of Pop Rocks candy.

Once your snack is covered in desired amount of candy, place them in the freezer to chill for 10 minutes.

While those are chilling, melt a bowl of chocolate until smooth.

Remove the balls from the freezer and individually dip them in the chocolate. Place back on the wax paper and lightly sprinkle with more Pop Rocks.
