No-Churn Fresh Peach ice Cream

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • dash of salt
  • 4 large peaches peeled & pits removed


  1. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form.
  2. While the cream is whipping, pulse the peaches in a blender until desired consistency. (I like to have some peach chunks in my ice cream, so I don't puree it. If you want smooth ice cream, blend until pureed).
  3. Combine the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, salt and peaches.
  4. Fold the whipped cream into the milk mixture.
  5. Place ice cream mixture in a freezer-safe container and freeze for about 6 hours, or until hard.
  6. Let stand at room temperature for 10 minutes before scooping.
