Pineapple Coleslaw


  • 3 cups coleslaw mix
  • 1 cup unsweetened crushed pineapple drained (I cup after it’s drained)
  • 1/4 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise I used canola mayo


  1. In a large bowl, combine the first three ingredients. (You can add some salt and pepper too if you’d like)
  2. Add mayonnaise and toss to coat.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
