White Bean Pesto Soup
15 oz. cans white beans, drained and rinsed
basil pesto - approx. 1 Tbsp. per bowl
crushed red pepper flakes
Heat olive oil in large saucepan over medium heat. Saute chopped onions and garlic 2-3 minutes.
Add chicken broth, beans, and Italian seasoning and heat through.
Serve, topped with pesto and red pepper flakes.
