Best Hand-Churned Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • Ingredients:
  • 2 2/3 quarts half and half
  • 4-6 egg yolks
  • 1 2/3 cups sugar
  • 2 1/2 T vanilla

Instructions

  1. Whip yolks and sugar, until thick and yellow.
  2. Heat half and half until scalding.
  3. Add yolk mixture gradually.
  4. Add vanilla and enjoy!
