Egg Salad Bacon Crescents

Ingredients

  • 8 hard boiled eggs
  • 2 tsp. minced onion
  • 1/2 tsp. celery seed
  • 1 tsp. dijon mustard
  • 8 TBS mayo
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Chop up your eggs and dump them in a bowl.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
  3. Load onto a crescent with lettuce and strips of bacon. (I like to add a little extra salt on top of the egg salad, after I put it on the crescent :))
