What’s a Bachelorette Finale Party without appetizers??  Um, lame.  So, here I am thinking ahead, gearing up for the oh-so-obvious finale.  It’s Ari, right??  My bets are on him.

Dips are always my favorite appetizer.  Can you tell?  Avocado Feta Dip, Chocolate Cherry Dip, Caramel Toffee Dip, Peanut Butter Yogurt Dip, Queso Dip, Artichoke Spinach Dip.  I could make any one of those a full-on meal.  I also love that they just take minutes to make, and today’s recipe is no exception.  It’s so easy!

Your ingredients: 2 bars (16 oz) cream cheese, 1 pkg ranch dip mix, 1 can corn, 1 can sliced olives, 1 jalapeno, 1 red pepper.

Take your softened cream cheese and place in a bowl with the ranch mix.  Combine with your beaters for about a minute.

Add the can of drained corn, can of drained olives, and chopped red pepper and jalapeno.  Stir.

Everyone’s happy.

This looks like a great dip! I’ll have to give it a try! I have one question about the ranch dressing mix…Hidden Valley makes a “Spicy Ranch” dressing mix, would using that make it too spicy, or just kick it up a notch? Thanks for sharing all of your wonderful recipes!

I was actually surprised that it wasn’t that spicy. So, ya. Maybe the spicy ranch would give it the kick you want. Let me know!
