Peanut butter and chocolate…together again in these rich, decadent mud bars! Sure to be a crowd-pleaser, these bars are perfect for all your summer gatherings!
Hi, everyone! I’m so happy to be back here with all of you today, right before the start of summer break! What is it about summertime that brings people together? The warm weather, the longer days, the break from school….I don’t know about you, but around here, the moment the weather turns warm it’s like our whole world changes. Suddenly getting together with friends and family not only feels more possible, it feels more FUN! And just like that, our social calendar goes from completely empty….to completely full!
Since showing up to a social gathering empty handed is never an option, I am always on the lookout for delicious new treats that are sure to please a crowd. Even better? When they’re so quick and easy that we can still enjoy our day! I made these Peanut Butter Oreo Mud Bars for a recent family gathering and was amazed by how quickly the plate was wiped clean. They got rave reviews….and were a definite crowd favorite! Of course – I never told people how little time I actually spent making them. That will be our little secret!
