Blender Ice Cream is a great, alternative way to make ice cream at home without any fancy machines! See the how-to in today’s post.
We love homemade ice cream! We usually make it the old-fashioned way with ice and rock salt once or twice a year and it’s a fun activity for the kids. However, we like to eat ice cream wayyy more often than once a year and we have been loving this simple, no-fuss, blender method lately. This 5-ingredient blender ice cream takes the fuss out of homemade ice cream. As an added bonus, you don’t even have to wait for it to freeze!
Start with 5 simple ingredients. If you’re lucky you might already have all of them on hand. You’ll need half & half, milk, sugar, frozen triple berry blend, and some vanilla.
Give it a whirl, until it is uniform throughout and the texture is smooth. You may need to add a little more milk or half & half if necessary to get it to blend completely.
You can serve this right out of the blender for a soft-serve consistency ice cream, or you can freeze it for a few hours if you like a firmer consistency. It’s delicious either way and a perfect quick frozen treat!
It’s the perfect time of year to enjoy this treat. It will cool you down and give you bonus points with whomever you serve it to!
