Today I wanted to share with you an easy recipe for a delicious ‘girl-salad.’ At least, in my home, this would be called a girl-salad. And, that’s okay, girls are awesome and if guy’s don’t want to eat this, their loss! My mom is a fabulous cook, and I stole this recipe from her…just for you. I had the whole fam over to the house last Sunday for dinner and the girls were craving this, so Mom kindly hooked us up. It’s super versatile, quick to throw together, and delicious.
The raspberry dressing is basically just Brianna’s Home Style Blush Wine Vinaigrette Salad Dressing with a couple tablespoons of raspberry preserves stirred in…gives it more of a raspberry kick.
Everything else should be an easy find. And, if you don’t like an ingredient, substitute it for something else!
