Hi there! I’m Angela. I blog over at Angela’s Adventures, a place where I share my craft ideas, cooking adventures and snippets of our daily life. I’m a stay at home mommy of two little ones and blogging is my creative outlet! Besides finding me on my blog, you can also find me getting inspired on Pinterest , or sharing about my adventures on Facebook

When I met my husband, I knew that someday he’d be a great Daddy. However, I had no clue how awesome he really would be. He is so patient and kind with our children. Even after a super long day at work, he eagerly helps out with bedtime, and shows our children how much he loves them. Our kids are 1 and 3 so, our life is very busy and sometimes our house can be a bit chaotic. Even with the busyness of life, my husband goes out of his way to involve our 3 year old in whatever he’s doing. Seriously, I am so blessed and so thankful for this wonderful man! As Father’s Day approaches, I’ve started to pick my husband’s brain, to come up with some gift ideas that I know he’ll actually be really excited about. This evening, I had him give me a list of 6 gift ideas. I love that he gave me a variety of choices because I’ll be able to still surprise him but, I’ll also be confident in knowing that what I buy him, he’ll actually like.

Here’s a look at his list of gift ideas for Father’s Day:

Hint from my hubby: Garlic mashed potatoes would be the perfect side dish.
My man loves golfing but, it might be hard for me to pick out the perfect golf club for him. Instead of risking it, a gift certificate to his favorite golf course is always a safe route to take.
At our house, we’re constantly doing yard work. According to my husband, this is a really great brand of yard equipment. Hey, as long as he’s keeping our yard looking nice, I’m happy!

Awww yes…the fancy shmancy TV. I’ve never met a guy who didn’t like one of these.
Personally, I’m really excited that he put this tent on his wish list. Now that our kids are getting out of the baby phase, I’d love to start doing some camping as a family. I love this gift idea.
I think LOST is my husband’s all time favorite show. He owns a few of the season’s on DVD but, not all of them. Another great gift idea!
I hope this look into my husband’s wish list has helped the wheels in your mind start turning. Great Dads deserve to be recognized! We need to show our guys that we think they’re special and that we appreciate them.
How do you plan to celebrate the awesome man in your life, this Father’s Day?
