I know you all have been dying for more pumpkin dessert recipes……this one is sooo yummy! My sister-in-law made it for a contest and won, and it’s now a family favorite. I’ll get on with it though, because I want to go take a bubble bath.
Here are your ingredients for the first part of the recipe: Yellow cake mix, 1 square and 3 T of butter, and 1 egg.

Take 1 cup of cake mix and add 3 T of melted butter to it. Mix together. Set aside.

With the rest of the cake mix, add 1 square of melted butter and an egg. Mix together.

Press the mixture into a 9×13 baking dish. (Or two 8×8)

The next steps ingredients: 1 can evaporated milk, 1 small can pumpkin, 3/4 cup sugar, 2 eggs, cinnamon, ginger, cloves and salt.

Mix all of the ingredients together and pour over the cake mixture.

Crumble the reserved cake mix over the pumpkin mixture.

Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Serve with whipped cream.
