First off, I would just love to say that I am thrilled to be a “she”.  hehe.  Mariel was kind enough to invite me to share a few of my FAVORITE THINGS that could double as gift ideas for women, especially for MOTHER’S DAY.  I jumped on the opportunity because, honestly, the Hubster needs some help!  Let me start off with a little introduction….

My name is Jenn (aka Mama Lark on my blog: The Larks Nest ).  I enjoy blogging, photography, playing a new game with the neighbors, camping, and snuggling with my Hubster (I think he his quite the catch).  I am the adoptive mother of 3 beautiful children whom all came to our family through foster care.  Since foster care has blessed our lives tremendously, my blog is primarily focused on the world of “hurt kids,” and the love that they need.
Gift Ideas for Women: 
#1 –  The miracle of weight loss- the BodyBugg.  this little “computer” is fantastic at counting the calories that you BURN throughout the day. i have struggled with weight loss and i feel like the primary reason is that I have been unable to determine if I am burning more than I am consuming.  this little guy takes care of that for me.  Worth EVERY penny!
#2 –  Another great gift for those trying to be more physically fit: Turbo Fire!  You WILL be covered head to toe in sweat.  Enough said.

#3 –  Cierra Naturals Bath Biscuits.  Pop one of these puppies into a hot bath and prepare to be translated to heaven.  They are fabulous and leave your skin feeling nourished, and your mind completely relaxed.  And, after all that working out, your body just needs it! I particularly like the “I-monster” blend.
#4- Bohnanza.  Rhis is such a FUN card game… and like I mentioned earlier, I LOVE games!
We generally play this game once a weekend.  Perfect for the “gamers” in your life.
#5 –  I am DYING for this Jo Totes  camera bag!!  Its like a purse with perfect places for your camera…. and an additional lens or two.  It even holds your E-Reader or Ipad just nicely.
and last, but not least….
#6 –  This beautifully handcrafted necklace by the r house couture.  This is by far my favorite piece in my collection because of the message: I CAN DO HARD THINGS. Perfect for a mother! Why?  Mothers can handle gobs of hard things.
