Fall is definitely my favorite season. A big part of why it’s my favorite are all the flavors of fall. My mouth starts watering right around when Labor Day comes to an end and doesn’t stop for months! If you share my passion for fall flavors, you’ll LOVE these non-alcoholic fall drinks. They are like autumn in a cup! Enjoy!
Hi all! Sierra here from The Blue Cottage! Since this season is the perfect time of the year to focus on gratitude, I’m showing you how to make a cute little gift idea you can share with a neighbor, friend, teacher or even your mailman/lady to let them know how much you appreciate them in your life. My kids helped me put these sweet little hot chocolate snow globes together, so it’s a great activity to involve the whole family and it only takes 3 easy steps!
School is starting up soon for my kids, so we are trying to squeeze in as much fun as possible! We’ve hiked a lot of trails as a family, but I’ve also taken my 4 kids out by myself, and sometimes we hike with friends. They love it every time! One of the ways we like to fuel up before a hike is with a smoothie. Since my kids love No-Bake Cookies so much, we came up with a no bake cookie smoothie!
I don’t know about your kids, but mine absolutely love milk! They ask for it all the time throughout the day and I don’t mind one bit. So for our treat this week, of course, we had to incorporate milk into it some how. Bingo! Milkshakes!
We took all of our favorite ingredients and created this chocolatey hazelnut pretzel milkshake with a little hint of peanut butter, that I know your kids will love and will leave everyone savoring summer for a little while longer.
This month in Utah, they will be celebrating Pioneer Day on July 24th. It’s a BIG deal and a lot of fun! What is Pioneer Day? It’s a state holiday that celebrates the day that the first group of Mormon pioneers entered the Salt Lake Valley. The history of this group of people is important for many reasons. They represent unwavering faith, courage, dedication, bravery and strength. They were real people who lived, they loved, they raised families, worked hard and wanted the opportunity to worship freely. They left a great legacy, not just for their families or members of their own faith, but for all who learn about them.
Hi friends, Becky here again from Bite of Delight! I’m so excited to share this recipe with you today, because it’s one of my favorite treats that takes me down memory lane. It’s creamy and delicious, and just the right amount of chocolatey. In other words, it’s perfection. Frozen Hot Chocolate is the perfect treat for a hot summer day! All the deliciousness of a warm mug of hot cocoa, but it’s cold and refreshing!
The weather is finally starting to warm up here in Utah. Hallelujah! Bring on the BBQs and outdoor parties! I hope I’m not the only one, but when I get asked to bring something to a party there are certain food items I’m comfortable making and others that I avoid like the plague. “Sure, I’ll bring a dessert and chips and a bowl of fruit, no problem! Oh, you want me to bring a pasta or potato salad? Actually, I’m going to be sick that day…” 😉 Side salads have really never been my thing, and neither have DRINKS. Yeah, I can pick up a few bottles of soda, but I’d rather have it be something special and the drink section in my recipe binder is slim to say the least! If your collection of drink recipes could use some bulking up as well, check out these 22 non-alcoholic party drinks and try one out next time you find yourself saying yes to, “Will you bring the drinks??”
Hey there friends! It’s Liz from Liz on Call. I’m excited to be back this month to share with you a yummy drink recipe! I know that in most parts of the country it’s just barely spring. But here in AZ we are already “enjoying” 90 degree weather. The summer has rushed in, like usual, which means I am thinking in terms of summer entertaining already. There is nothing that says classic summer gathering than a BBQ with fresh lemonade. I thought it would be fun however, to put a twist on a the classic, and created this kiwi mint lemonade.
