Hello! It’s Kathy, from Beyond the Chicken Coop! My daughter and I love cooking together. We’ve made egg rolls a few times in the past and she was having a craving for them recently. We decided to bake these instead of deep frying them. Baked egg rolls are just as delicious and there’s no messy frying oil to deal with.
These blueberry lemon scones are just what you need for breakfast or for mid-morning tea!
Fresh blueberries and lemon are made for each other. Add them to a scone and you’ve got an amazing treat! And then to top it all off, I added a lemon glaze! Super Yummy!
Baking is one of my favorite hobbies. I made these Chocolate Dipped Pecan Sandies and they have been a huge hit in our house! My sister and brother-in-law also gave these a two thumbs up!
