Let’s get right to the point. You want to make this. I promise. It it seriously the BEST avocado appetizer for a crowd … and, it’s even better if you make it with pita chips. Yum!! So, so, so good. I don’t think I’ve brought this recipe anywhere without several people asking for the recipe. Definitely a crowd-pleaser.

The BEST Avocado Appetizer for a Crowd

One of my favorite things about this recipe is that it doesn’t come with guilt… it’s good for you! Healthy fats, veggies (well, technically fruits), none of the heavy, weigh-you-down kinda stuff.

Everything You Need for a Healthy Avocado Dip Recipe:

  • Tomato
  • 2 Avocado
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Oregano
  • Olive Oil
  • White Wine Vinegar
  • Feta Cheese
  • Optional: Red Onion

And, let’s go over these pita chips. You can definitely use store bought pita chips or tortilla chips. But, if you have a minute, I would DEFINITELY recommend making the homemade pita chips! They’re so delicious and make the presentation just that more impressive.

What You Need to Make Homemade Pita Chips:

  • Pita Bread
  • Grated Parmesan
  • Butter
  • Italian Seasoning

    Caroline,

i haven’t tried the store bought pita chips…but, my in-laws were just over eating that dip and pita chips and they were saying they liked them better than the store ones because they weren’t so hard. So, that’s all I know. They were super easy though, and I think way yummy. Worth making.

This salsa was so good! I’m glad I got to try it in person even if we weren’t in town for the Superbowl Party. I hope you all had fun though!
