Welcome spring by mixing up a batch of these lime popsicles.  They are sure to put a smile on your kids’ faces.

Spring is finally here!  It’s Liz here again, from Liz on Call. We are lucky here in AZ to have been enjoying beautiful weather since February. By the time spring actually arrives we are well into the 90 degree temperatures. So we have been soaking in all things spring before it hits the triple digits.

Help ring in spring with these lime popsicles. They are sure to put a smile on your kids' faces.

One of the things my kids love when the weather warms up is popsicles. They love taking their popsicles outside as they explore all the interesting things nature provides to curious little minds. We were all out of store bought popsicles when my kids started asking for them. I remembered I had a popsicle mold in the pantry from last summer. I looked around my pantry, fridge and freezer to see what I had that I could put together to make some popsicles for the kids. These lime popsicles were not only bright in color but in flavor as well. They were a hit!

Help ring in spring with these lime popsicles. They are sure to put a smile on your kids faces.

Some of you may still be experiencing some very cold weather so these popsicles might not be something you are thinking about now. Make sure and pin this recipe for when it starts to warm up. Your family will love them. And I say family because even my hubby enjoyed these lime popsicles.
