I recently received the long-awaited cookbook from the Six Sisters.  Thumbing through it, I was trying to decide which, of the many yummy recipes, to try first.  The second I flipped to the Lunch Lady Peanut Butter Bars page, I knew.  Memories came flooding back of my elementary school days, the days where I was a big nerd who wore my momma’s clothes, and secretly liked school lunch because they had the best Peanut Butter Bars.  Mmmmm!!  I couldn’t wait to try them again. They were as delicious as I remembered.

Lunch Lady Peanut Butter Bars from Six Sisters Stuff

Chocolate Frosting

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter softened
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 TBS cocoa
  • 3 cups powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix with hand mixer until smooth.
