In preparation for the upcoming General Conference, I’ve been sharing one favorite talk from a past conference each Sunday. Last week, I shared the awesome talk about The Tender Mercies of The Lord. This week, I wanted to share Come What May, and Love It, by Joseph B. Wirthlin.
But first…
What in the world IS General Conference??
Let me refer you to this post I previously shared: What Is General Conference?
Alright, now that you know what it is, this is WHEN IT IS…
Saturday and Sunday, April 4–5, at 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Mountain Daylight Time

So, I love this talk because there are always going to be ups and downs in our lives. But, just like Elder Wirthlin’s mom would say to him, ‘Come what may, and love it.’ In the talk, he gives several tips on how to feel happier in life… and they’re awesome!
This is just a 3 minute snippet of his talk, that really touches the basics, and my favorite parts. But, if you want to see the full talk, that we heard in a past conference, you can watch (or read) it here: Come What May, and Love It. (I love the hilarious story about his daughter getting ready to go on a blind date! … you can only hear/read that on the full-length version.)
When you’re done, I made some of my most favorite quotes from the talk into printables, find those below…
