Pumpkin Carving Party Ideas {With 3 FREE Printables} (she: Brooke)
Happy October to you all! It’s Brooke from Blissful Roots. This is easily my favorite time of year! And while baby boy number four will be here in a matter of weeks, I’m still trying to squeeze in any Halloween crafting, baking, and partying that I can. We have our other three boys’ birthdays this week, so we’re in full party-mode around our house. I’m just hoping this little guy waits until after the big party to make his arrival. My four-year-old was very cordial five years ago, and waited until the day after my twins’ birthday to make his entrance into the world, so I’m crossing my fingers that will happen again (at LEAST the day after all the birthdays, even a few days later would be better!).
Today I have some fun pumpkin carving party ideas, and FREE printables to share with you. My dad’s side of the family has a fun pumpkin carving party every year, and we’ve only been able to make it a few times. I wish we could make it more often because we have the best time! Since we don’t make it to the family carving parties very often, I’ve decided it’s high time to start our own little jack-o-lantern making party. Here are a few of the ideas I’ve come up with for our party:
Pumpkin Gingersnap Bark (she: Cathy)
Hey, Everyone! It’s Cathy from Lemon Tree Dwelling here to share a simple and delicious fall recipe with you. I don’t know about you, but as soon as the leaves start to fall, my mind turns to all things pumpkin! Pumpkin bread, pumpkin lattes, pumpkin pie…..is there anything better at this time of year? I’ve been having a blast getting creative with pumpkin in my Lemon Tree kitchen….and I’m so excited to share this fun and festive recipe with you today!
There are some things that go particularly well with pumpkin…..like ginger…..and some things that go particularly well with everything…..like white chocolate! So, I thought, why not mix them all together!? And, since I love all types of candy bark, I thought it would be fun to make one specifically for fall. For all the pumpkin lovers out there!

Pumpkin Butter Cake ~ You’re Welcome.
It’s a rare occasion, in my house, where I can make a pumpkin dessert, without getting ample groans. The biggest grumbles come from Dan, who just can’t hack anything pumpkin…or fruity, or mint, or marshmallow, or fudge, or fancy looking. Pretty much standard chocolate desserts are all that he wants. He’s crazy. But, over the […]
Pumpkin Squares
I know you all have been dying for more pumpkin dessert recipes……this one is sooo yummy! My sister-in-law made it for a contest and won, and it’s now a family favorite. I’ll get on with it though, because I want to go take a bubble bath. Here are your ingredients for the first part of […]
