The talks are written so that children can easily read and understand them. We hope they make speaking in Primary easy and meaningful for your family.

Revelation – May 4 Primary Talk
Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ lead our church through revelation. Revelation is given to the prophet to guide us and teach us the things we need to know.
We can listen to our prophet during General Conference. A few things President Nelson has taught us are:
- To think celestial!
- We can overcome the world and find rest at the temple.
- The Lord, Jesus Christ, will come again!
- The best is yet to come!
Listening to the prophet and following his council brings us closer to Heavenly Father and helps us to have peace and happiness in life. We are so lucky to have our prophet!

Jesus Will Come Again – May 11 Primary Talk
In a recent talk, President Nelson told us: “Brothers and sisters, now is the time for you, and for me, to prepare for the Second Coming of our Lord and Savior, Jesus the Christ.”
I get excited when I think about Jesus coming to the Earth. Jesus is our friend. He loves us and he wants to be with us.
We can prepare to meet Jesus by following His example. The prophet told us to make following Jesus our highest priority. It should be important to us to think about Jesus and walk in His footsteps.
The prophet said, “The best is yet to come because the Savior is coming again!”

The Savior Welcomes All – May 18 Primary Talk
Jesus Christ leads our Church. He wants everyone to come and be part of it. In the scriptures, Jesus taught us that we should not send anyone away who is earnestly seeking the Lord.
How can we help people feel welcome in Primary? Here are a few simple ways:
- Smile!
- Invite someone to sit by you.
- Tell a friend you are glad they came.
- Be reverent so that the Spirit can be there.
- Say you are glad your primary friends came to church when you pray.
- Answer their questions.
- Be kind to your teachers.
I am glad that I can come to church and learn about Jesus. I hope that everyone will feel at home in Primary!

God Is Light – May 25 Primary Talk
The scriptures teach us:“That which is of God is light!” The light that God brings to our lives can be felt when we follow Jesus and choose His path.
We are lucky to have instructions from our Church leaders on how to have God’s light in our lives!
In the Strength of Youth book it says, “You make better choices when you can see things clearly. That’s why light is so important: light makes it easier to see the right path. Heavenly Father has given you access to heavenly light—the gift of the Holy Ghost—to help you see clearly what is good and bad, right and wrong.”
I am glad we get to walk in the light. I hope that we can always try to feel God’s light in our lives so we can be safe and happy.
