March 5 Primary Talk: Love Like Jesus

When Jesus was on the Earth, He showed love in many different ways. He healed the sick. When people felt sad, he gave them comfort. He served them. Jesus fed the hungry. He was a good friend. In the scriptures, we learn about how to love by following the example of Jesus!

I hope that we can all find a way to show love to someone this week. You could:

• Share your favorite toy or blanket with your sibling.
• Do an extra job around the house.
• Call your Grandma or Grandpa to say, “I love you!”
• Offer to help your teacher at school!
• Bring an extra recess snack to your friend.

When we show love like Jesus, we shine our light and help others to feel happy!

March 12 Primary Talk: The Twelve Apostles

We have a group of special leaders that watch over our church and guide us. They are called the Twelve Apostles. They are good men who are called of God. When Jesus was on the Earth, he called Twelve Apostles to help him teach the Gospel!

Apostles are chosen to be special witnesses of Jesus Christ. Just as Jesus Christ called his Apostles to represent Him, today’s Apostles spread the gospel of Jesus Christ. They speak in General Conference and visit members of The Church around the world and help the church to grow.

We should listen to them! The Apostles keep us on the path back to Jesus and Heavenly Father.

March 19 Primary Talk: The Sabbath Day

Think about what you did the past week? You may have:

• Attended School
• Played in a Sports Game
• Shopped at the Store
• Played with a Friend
• Went to a Movie
• Had Music Lessons

These are all fun and important things! Today is Sunday. It is different than all the other days of the week. On the Sabbath Day, we take time to focus on Jesus and Heavenly Father. It is important to make Sunday special. I like to spend time with family and attend Primary! When you make the Sabbath Day a holy day, it makes God happy.

March 26th Primary Talk: The Gospel Is A Treasure

If I asked you to go on a treasure hunt would you come with me? What kind of loot would you want to find inside the treasure chest? Would you want money? Candy? Video Games? An Electric Scooter? A trip to Disneyland? Those would all be fun riches to find!

Did you know that the Bible calls the Gospel of Jesus Christ a treasure? It is a Pearl of Great Price. We are so lucky that we have the Gospel in our lives. We know Jesus and we can talk to Heavenly Father through prayer. We have the Holy Ghost to guide and comfort us.

I hope that we can all value this special gift just like we would a box full of things!
