Let me get right to the point… you want these. I want these. We ALL want stuffed mushrooms made with Jimmy Dean sausage. But typically, when I make them, I tell nobody. I devour them all, privately, and enjoy every minute of it! Okay, I lied… I do share, but I regret it, every time.

In another bowl, whip the cream cheese with some garlic salt and a little milk, to taste.
Chop desired amount of green onions and add to cream cheese mixture.
Stir in crumbled sausage (I usually do about 3/4 of it).
