Ruthie is a force to be reckoned with in the food blog world. She’s kinda quiet, super-duper-duper nice, thoughtful, generous, and all those good things. When it comes to blogging, improving her skills, and getting the job done, she is on fire. She could already cook like a rock-star to begin with, but THEN she goes and signs herself up for culinary school! I admire that. She knows how to cook a mean dish, but at the same time, she is a mom of many and considers health and family friendliness in her recipes.

Hello, weekend! It’s been a busy week, in all aspects. We’ve had some great giveaways on the blog (you can still enter to win the Polaroid Camera and Pick Your Plum Grab Boxes.) We’ve had some great idea posts: Lego Party Favor Bags, Back to School T-Shirt Tradition, and 15 Ways to Save Money on Utility Bills.

As for me, I’ve been spending the weekend up in the lovely Spokane, Washington. Who is on Instagram?? You can follow my adventures on there. Last night, we drove down to Silverwood amusement park, in Idaho. The family had a blast!

Hi everyone! I’m Mique from Thirty Handmade Days. I’m excited to be here today to share a little bit about what I do over there. When I’m not creating, I’m busy trying to keep up with my 7, 11 and 13 year olds. I’ve been married to Josh for (almost) 15 years. And I own the Queen Bee Market, a craft boutique based in the San Diego area.

My favorite things to create are: recipes, printables and gifts. I make those things over and over and over every day of the week if my laundry would let me.

Forgive me for being super lame this weekend and not picking favorites from the last link party!  I’m managing my blog from Bear Lake… which I will tell you all about soon, and I am short on time.  🙂 So, with that said …let’s just get this party started! And, now it’s time for YOUR…

So, I love this picture. We were at my son’s ballgame last week. I had all six kids by myself, and my two year old was having an absolute tantrum. He had just fallen asleep in the car, right as we pulled up to the field. So, he was a wreck. Deliriously tired, grouchy, and crying really loud. While his madness was clearly drawing all sorts of attention to myself, and I was juggling all my other kids, I just stopped, took a deep breath, and looked around… this is what I saw.
