Welcome to Part to of our family vacation, also known as The Best Family Cruise Ever! We had a ton of fun and I’m excited to share what we did to maybe give you some ideas for a future vacation.

After nearly a year of planning, we finally knocked-out our 2015 family vacation and it was a BLAST!! I’m convinced we have discovered the best family cruise out there. If my 6 young kids loved it, I’m sure yours will too!

Today marks the official beginning of Holidays at the Disneyland Resort, and since so many families visit during this magical time of year, I thought it would be fun to share all that’s going on. If you’ve been before, you should know that this year will be different than previous years because it’s also the Diamond Celebration. This is the ONLY year where the holidays and Diamond Celebration will happen at the same time, so it’s one not to miss. Here’s an overview of what’s different, what’s the same, and what’s new:

Hey all! It’s Lindsay from Lindsay Ross Blog. Now that it’s warming up in Utah (well, winter never really happened here this year but don’t get me started on that disappointment) I’m starting to think about our adventures for the summer and warmer weather.
When I talk about camping for us, I’m talking in a tent, no running water, no toilets, out in the wilderness kind of camping. I’m not a big fan of campgrounds. People are too close. It’s too loud. People are too close. You know. We like our space when camping. And peace. And generally we don’t get cell service up there so we don’t get distracted by real life (always a plus in my book). So we make an effort to do full-on camping. Takes quite a bit more prep work, but we think it’s worth it for the experience.
I just recently returned from the most AWESOME cruise. I’ve been so anxious to tell you about it, because I think it should definitely be on your ‘future vacations’ list. We love it so much that actually we’re doing the exact same cruise at the end of the year. The only difference… we’re bringing the kids on the next one. We did so many fun things on the ship and at our ports that I knew my kids would be in heaven. So, there ya go… annual family vacation decided.
