This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of AllWhites Egg Whites for IZEA. All opinions are 100% mine. Up until about six months ago, I’d never purchased egg whites. I’d cooked the occasional recipe that called for them, but I would just separate them myself and inevitably waste the egg yolk. Then […]
Pumpkin Butterscotch Pudding Cookies (she: Zainab)
Soft pumpkin pudding cookies are packed with sweet butterscotch and cinnamon chips to make these easy cookies a fall favorite!
Hello there friends! This is Zainab again from Blahnik Baker. It’s been a while since I shared a recipe with you so I brought these pumpkin butterscotch pudding cookies! Nothing says “Hello! I’m here!” better than a plate of warm spiced pumpkin cookies in my books. Am I right?
Pumpkin Whoopie Pies ~ Scrumptious!!
Pumpkin Whoopie Pies! I’m a big fan of pumpkin desserts… pumpkin cookies, pumpkin rolls, pumpkin breads, you name it. For today’s post, I wanted to combine the best of all of them (the cookies, the cream cheese frosting, and the chocolate!) Who wants some?!? The cookie recipe is from my favorite pumpkin cookies (with buttercream frosting) that I’ve shared before… so, it’s fun to have two different things that you can do with the same recipe.
There’s something else pretty special about this post. It’s the 10th of the month and 10 of us bloggers ALL decided to share a new ‘pumpkin’ idea. So, besides my cookies, be sure to check out the other great pumpkin ideas!
No-Bake Peanut Butter Chocolate Chunk Cookies (she: Samantha)
Hi, y’all! It’s Samantha from Five Heart Home, and I’m happy to be back today with a no-bake cookie treat that will curb that cookie craving with nary an oven required!
There are still a couple of weeks to go before the official first day of summer, but across many parts of the country, summer temps are already here to stay. I don’t know about you, but the last thing I feel like doing when it’s boiling outside is turning on the oven. The A/C is already working hard enough! That’s why this is the time of year that you’ll find my family eating refreshing salads, dinners from the grill, and — when that sweet tooth acts up — no-bake desserts!
Mom’s Cookie Cutter Sugar Cookies
Just the other day, I was thinking that sugar cookies may just be one of my biggest weaknesses. I consider myself a pretty strong-willed person, who will accomplish goals, be responsible, and not give into temptation. But, put a plate of sugar cookies in front of me, and all my mental strength goes out the window.
This recipe comes from my hot mama who has made these ever since I was little. They’re easy to make, fun to decorate, and I love them.
Valentine Chocolate Sugar Cookies (she: Gina)
Hi everyone! It’s Gina from Kleinworth & Co. again.
I’m back to share with you an fun little Valentine’s Day treat today. I absolutely love these cookies. Their fun Valentine colors…..the fact that they are chocolate. Love Love Love. I originally started with the mindset that these cookies would be frosted. But then as I realized that I had just purchased SO MANY bags of M&M’s with the intention of using them in baking. I am running out of time to make goodies for Valentine’s Day. Before long all these red & pink candies won’t be able to be used in my baking & there they will sit. So I scrapped the frosting idea, cut out a lot of time in the kitchen & added them to these fun Chocolate Sugar Cookies to make some really cute treats.

Lemon Ricotta Gems (she: Jana)
It’s the 10th of the month! Guess what that means!?!? I’ll tell you, it’s pretty fun… Each month on the 10th, TEN of my creative friends will will share a project on their blog around the same theme. You can hop to their blogs to see what they created and save their projects after viewing mine. Pin this collage below, and make sure you come back on the 10th each month! In May, the theme is CITRUS.
These little “gems” are worth their weight in gold (or a few pounds on the scale, at least!) Even though I’m on this diet I talked about last month I just had to taste these cookies to make sure they were good enough to share…well, they most definitely are!! So much so, I have to confess I think I ate 7 of them. I just couldn’t stop. I’m weak. Very weak.
Don’t be hesitant about this recipe because of the ricotta. It makes the cookies soft and delicious…trust me, I would never lead you astray! And once the glaze hardens, they are perfect for packing up and taking to a friend, neighbor or teacher. Just think how these would brighten someones day!
Come check out the recipe and all the other creative CITRUS ideas!

Delightful Snacks ~ The Healthiest Cookie I Have Ever Made
Don’t act surprised. I eat healthy, sometimes. No, really. I love my daily work-out. I love a good salad, fresh fruit, and eating a balanced diet. But, I’ve never been the kind to add spinach to a smoothie, buy all organic, make veggie pancakes, or…turn down a cookie. So when my sweet neighbors brought over […]
Homemade Fortune Cookies
It’s been a while since I shared one of the recipes that my picky eater / fabulous son has made. Due to Caden’s incredible distaste for nearly all things food, I gave him the assignment to start working on a cookbook. I’ll randomly help him find and make new recipes to add to his collection. […]
