3 Disneyland Splurges That Are Worth It and 2 That Aren’t (she: Kimberly)

Because Disneyland is not something families get to do all of the time, it’s important to know which Disneyland splurges are worth it and which aren’t. You’re way less likely to overspend on your Disneyland vacation if you make a plan and know what you’re getting into. So, to help make your planning a little easier, I’ve put together a list of three Disneyland splurges that are totally worth it in my opinion, and a couple that aren’t.

Crayola Color Wonder Mess Free Art ~ Giveaway (she: Liv)

When my little artist first started exploring the world of color, she had Color Wonder markers and paper. The markers are all white, but magically transform from colorless to colorful when they touch the special Color Wonder paper. And it’s not like those old coloring books I remember having as a kid- the kind where you only have one marker and you use it to reveal the color already on the paper. Crayola has a huge selection of markers, coloring pages, plain paper and even finger paints. Crayola sent some of their new products for me and the kids to try, and they’re so great for mess-free art!

15 Picks to Celebrate the Trolls Movie! ~ She Picks!

Are your kiddos excited about the Trolls movie too?!? Not only are mine excited, but I am too. We’re always looking for a fun movie to take the whole family too, and Trolls looks perfect! I remember playing with my Aunt’s troll collection when I was like 8 years old and being flabbergasted by their nudity, but obsessed with their hair. 😉

Anyway, so I was thinking a Trolls party would be super fun, especially if you could take the whole clan to see the movie together, when it comes out on November 4th. I found some awesome party printables, as well as just some super cool Troll products that would make awesome gifts.

How to Plan a Food Drive (she: Rachel)

This season is a busy time, but don’t let the chance to plan for meaningful projects slip by. It’s a great time of year to plan to give to others, from drawing names for a family “Secret Service Santa” game to a Random Acts of Kindness campaign. This year I’m helping out with a canned food drive with friends from work, so I thought it timely to share a post on how to plan a food drive.

Everything You Ever Wanted to Know About Food Storage Planning (she: Liv)

It can be expensive to purchase fresh foods year round, and that’s why I love having a pantry, or “cantry” (can + pantry) at my disposal; I know I’ll always have some backup fruits and veggies on hand for when the farmer’s market finally closes up shop for the season (any day now, right?!). In case you’re like me and often feel overwhelmed about planning food storage and then actually organizing it at home, I’ve rounded up some links so you can have easy access to advice for keeping your food storage. You’ll find downloadable spreadsheets, products, and DIY ideas for storing your canned goods and more right here in today’s post. Check them out and get your cantry stocked!

November 2016 Visiting Teaching Printable ~ Easy to Share! (she: Jeri)

As a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, we are in a congregation where we are asked to go and visit assigned ladies each month to really get to know them, share a quick message and find out if they have any needs to be met. It’s one of the ways we build friendships and help our leaders know any needs that families have. For those of you who aren’t members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, I hope you can use these quotes and scriptures as well. Most of the subjects are universal Christian subjects and the quotes and scriptures are inspiring and helpful for everyone!
