Kraft Heinz sponsored this post, but the opinions are my own.
Whether watching the big game at home or at the stadium, these chili dogs would be a great addition to your tailgate spread.
Are you gearing up for fall and all that comes with it? I’m talking football season. Do you have a favorite team your family loves watching? We love any excuse to get together as a family. And watching our favorite player play his favorite sport is definitely a great excuse to get together. I will say though, that our favorite player is only 8 years old and there is nothing professional about his team. But we sure love watching him and cheering him on.
When we get together, we love having something good to eat. And there is no shortage of tasty food specific to football and tailgating. But not all good food has to be enjoyed at the stadium. Homegating can be just as delicious and fun as tailgating, and can be a lot less stressful on those trying to get all the food together. Especially if the party is going to be on a busy weeknight. These chili dogs are so easy to make for a busy weeknight meal, or to get your star player ready for the evening’s big game. They are the perfect star to any homegate or tailgate

Have you tried cooking hot dogs in a slow cooker? My family loved these chili dogs. And I like that everyone can customize them to their own taste. More chili, less cheese, no onions. You get the idea. All it took was a quick stop at Walmart and we were ready for a fun weeknight homegate party. You can find a lot more great recipes and ideas at GrabGoWow.com.
So which team are you rooting for this season?
Happy Tailgating!
